SCHEDULING:

A major credit card is required to hold all appointments.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled in less than 24 hours, including no-shows and appointments made and canceled on the same day will be billed 50% of each service. 

Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment time.

HEALTH:

To provide the best and safest services, we ask each client to complete a brief health intake form before receiving services.

If you have allergies, skin sensitivities, recent injuries, medical conditions including pregnancy, ailments, surgeries, disabilities, high blood pressure, etc. please inform us when scheduling your appointment.

 

SERVICES:

Payment in full is required at the time of service.  We accept cash and major credit cards only.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.  We value every client and encourage open communication throughout your service. please let us know immediately if we are not meeting your expectations and we will work with you to adjust to meet your needs. 

Shop White Plains Cardholder Discounts - Clients must present card at time of service to receive discounted pricing.  The full rate of all services will be charged at the time of service if card is not presented.

 

Specials/Packages:

Specials are subject to availability.  Available Monday - Friday only.  A scheduled appointment is required - No Walk Ins.  All massage specials/package goods and/or services must be used by the same person and redeemed during the scheduled appointment.  Promotional value expires 90 days after purchase.
